Private Membership Agreement (PMA)

CULTIVATE FARMS provides naturally grown products & services for members of the Private Membership Association (PMA).

All members are asked to sign the agreement below. 

Our membership services are NOT available to the general public. We offer natural food products, herbs and medicinal products to our members.

We also organize on-farm events such as plantings, BBQ’s, and harvesting parties, these events are NOT open to the public. These are private gatherings for members only.

I,_____, freely decide to associate with Cultivate Farms in a private membership of like-minded individuals. I understand that there are certain rules that will need to be followed when I am representing the organization or attending the organization’s events. All events are private only and only members of this organization are allowed to attend its functions 

The CULTIVATE FARMS ORGANIZATION PMA (“Private Membership Association”) is a group of individuals sharing natural food, herbs, products and knowledge in the private. Private Membership Associations are protected under Article 1, Section 10, as well as, the 1st and 14th Amendment of the Constitution. A Private Membership Association (PMA) is any kind of business or group where services and participation are limited to members only — and not open to the general public.

The Private Membership Association protects the members’ ability to discuss, hear, read or speak, print, obtain, and use things which may be prohibited to be discussed or used by the public. Our Private Membership Association gives us the constitutional right to gather in private, to contract, and practice and receive the type of health care that we choose.

I agree to join the Association, a private-membership association under common law, whose members seek to help each other achieve better health and live longer with good quality products. 

In addition, I have freely chosen to change my legal status as a public consumer/customer to a private member of the Association. I further understand that it is entirely my own responsibility to consider the recommendations and products offered to me by my fellow members and to educate myself as to the efficacy, risks, and desirability of recommended products and is my own carefully considered decision. 

MEMBER AGREEMENT

You must become a member of the CULTIVATE FARMS ORGANIZATION and agree to follow the rules outlined below.

I agree to become a member of the CULTIVATE FARMS Organization. A Private Membership Association dedicated to the private and peaceful gathering of natural farmers and community members seeking to better themselves and the world around them, through natural food.

It is my responsibility, not the event organizers or Cultivate Farms or any affiliates, to protect myself from harm. I will not to put myself in a situation which could endanger my self or any other individual. I will not hold the organizers or Cultivate Farms or any affiliates responsible if I get sick or injured.

I hold Cultivate Farms and any affiliates free of liability and understand that I am fully responsible for the events that occur. I will not sue the organizers and/or Cultivate Farms or any affiliates for any reason whatsoever. If I have a problem or feel the event or product is a risk to my health or well-being, I will remove myself from the situation and not hold anyone else responsible.

I choose to be a part of this organization on my own free will, I assume all risks involved in my actions and I choose to interact with this organization on my own free will.
